• Lead responsibility for special projects, policy, legislative affairs, and economic development
• Liaised with other governmental and non-governmental organizations in the area, including five separate tribal governments

• Lead a staff of 12 and manage $4.3M budget in a fully centralized IT department that directly serves two agencies
• Design, implement, and support technology solutions utilized by ~450 staff across four networks throughout 35+ locations
• Develop long-term strategic plans for technology and manage projects and teams aimed at transforming business process
• Coordinate complex technology initiatives across departments and external agencies to improve operations
• Manage grants, large contracts, and regional broadband initiatives
• Follow, advocate for, and help shape legislation and policy at local, state, and federal levels

DIGITAL 395 PROJECT MANAGER & GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS (GIS) COORDINATOR

• Coordinated County staff, local agencies, and construction companies to ensure the County’s interest in Digital 395 and facilitate its construction and implementation within Mono County
• Developed and implemented last-mile strategy, delivering gigabit internet to nearly 95% of residents and businesses
• Served as Vice Chair on the CPUC-funded Eastern Sierra Connect Regional Broadband Consortium
GIS COORDINATOR

• Developed and managed enterprise-level IT and GIS projects targeted at integrating systems, streamlining workflows, providing better access to information, and improved efficiency
• Established an MOU with the Town of Mammoth Lakes and Mammoth Community Water District for federated GIS and collaboration
• Developed standards and protocols now adopted by County and Town for management of GIS and related systems
• Developed relationship with vendors such as Esri, establishing Mono County as an Early Adopter/BETA site
• Major projects include: 911, addressing, & EMS systems; parcel maintenance & tax system integration; permitting system including TOT, business licensing, & TBID
